Prior to joining the firm in 1999, Ms. Salg was a federal legal intern for the Department of Energy and subsequent to that spent her first year out of law school practicing insurance subrogation. At Harris, Karstaedt, Jamison & Powers, P.C., Ms. Salg has become an experienced trial attorney, defending civil defendants in District Courts all along the front range, in addition to the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado.
Ms. Salg specializes in the areas of insurance defense, with particular expertise in premises liability. Ms. Salg also works in the appellate research and writing department, both briefing and arguing cases in front of the Colorado Court of Appeals. She is admitted to practice in the following courts: Colorado State Courts - 1998; U.S. District Court, District of Colorado - 1999; U.S. Court of Appeals, Tenth Circuit - 1999.
