Jane Bendle Lucero is an associate at Harris, Karstaedt, Jamison & Powers, P.C.  Ms. Lucero specializes in civil litigation defense with a focus on personal injury cases.  Although the bulk of her cases have dealt with auto accidents and premises liability claims, she also has experience with defamation, wrongful death, construction liability and toxic tort claims.  Of special note, early in her trial experience she participated in the defense of a nine week long toxic tort trial in Pueblo, Colorado. 

She has tried cases in the following Colorado district venues: Denver, Arapahoe, Boulder, Adams, Pueblo, Jefferson, Douglas and Larimer County.  She is admitted to practice in the Colorado State Courts and the U.S. District Court of Colorado.  She is a member of the Colorado Bar Association, and the Colorado Defense Lawyers Association.

Ms. Lucero was born and raised on Long Island. She is married, with daughter Ava and son Aidan.
