As Mr. Neider begins his second decade of practice in the state of Colorado, his work primarily includes litigation of complex construction and commercial litigation. For more than six years, Mr. Neider has represented developers, general contractors, and subcontractors litigating claims of construction defects, delays, lien claims and budget overruns arising from the construction of single family luxury homes, multi-family housing projects, and commercial construction. Beyond his construction law practice, Mr. Neider also represents clients in complex commercial disputes. Mr. Neider has litigated purchase agreement disputes arising from commercial retail development, unfair trade practice claims asserted between pharmaceutical benefit management companies and breach of employment agreements with surgical centers. Mr. Neider's accomplishments include graduating Order of St. Ives from the University of Denver Law School, member of law review, intern clerkship with Senior Federal District Court Judge John L. Kane, graduation speaker and trial practice graduate of the Nation Institute of Trial Advocacy
Mr. Neider has significant experience in appellate practice and has made a number of appearances before the Colorado Court of Appeals. He has also made oral argument in front of the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.
