Jane Bendle Lucero is a shareholder at Harris, Karstaedt, Jamison & Powers, P.C.  For the last thirteen years Ms. Lucero has specialized in civil litigation defense, with a focus on personal injury cases.  Although the bulk of her cases have dealt with auto accidents and premises liability claims, she also has experience with defamation, wrongful death, construction liability, insurance bad faith, construction defect and toxic tort claims.  Of special note, early in her trial experience she participated in the successful defense of a nine week long toxic tort trial in Pueblo, Colorado.  She has tried cases in the following Colorado district venues: Denver, Arapahoe, Boulder, Adams, Pueblo, Jefferson, El Paso, Weld, Douglas and Larimer.  She is admitted to practice in the Colorado State Courts and the U.S. District Court of Colorado.  She is a member of the Colorado Bar Association, the Colorado Defense Lawyers Association and the Defense Research Institute.

Ms. Lucero was born and raised on Long Island.  She is married, and has two children, Ava and Aidan.
